  : This is my second stay in this hotel this year. In my opinion, it comes in the second place after Radisson Blu Adapazari (which is far away from the down town), noting that the location of BalTurk Otel is important to me. It is in the middle of the town and very close to the government offices, malls and markets. Not a modern luxury place but clean with good service, staff and breakfast. if you are looking for luxury go to Radisson! I extended my stay for two nights and they gave me good discount on the extended stay. Very good stay for the price. They also got free parking if you are renting a car and their staff responds promptly to any request. P.s: If you are vising Adapazari city, you should visit (Ahmet Izgara Kofteci Restaurant) for lunch or dinner, they got the best Kofta and Kunefe in Sakarya region :-) Thanks

  : Best location in Sakarya, they upgraded my standard room and gave me a suite, helpful staff and free valet parking and migros super market just nearby the hotel

  : The location of the hotel was good
  : I thought the family room is two connected rooms with bathrooms however it is only one room with small hall loaded with beds.I told the hotel management that I need two connected rooms with two bathrooms but they told we don't have it and you will find your request in Sakarya. I told my request is available in Ramada 2 km away from your hotel and I was there last month.Finally they refused to give my money back.

  : Location is very central, nice breakfast, big rooms with comfy beds. Staff were amazing, very helpful and would go the extra mile to accommodate their customers requests!

  : Worst Hotel. I can't say a single good feature about the hotel. I left the place after the first night. Do not believe the photos and the misleading comments. There is no standard for four stars.
  : I looked at three rooms. but all three rooms smelled of cigarettes and dampness. the bathrooms had not been cleaned. kitchen and fridge were not clean at all. There were no supplies for the kitchen. We requested a baby bed. but there was no baby bed.
