  : Excellent location in the old town with perfect parking behind the hotel at a reasonable price. Staff were very helpful and attentive. We received 10% discount on food and beverages at the hotel restaurant and the food was good quality at a reasonable price. Good heating and cooling systems. The room lighting was very good and easy to use. The room had a big bathroom with excellent water pressure. The internet was fast and reliable in the room but didn't exist in the breakfast area. Mini bar was at reasonable prices. The cleaners managed to clean our room while we were at breakfast most days which we find delightful.
  : The curtains need to be blackout as the street light right outside our room lit up the room. The room and bathroom decor is a little dated. The shower head attachment was broken but fixed quickly however it was still too low. There was no sink plug so shaving was difficult. Typical of this part of Europe there are no english channels on the TV and no streaming services. More pillow options are needed as the pillows were a bit high. There is no internet in the breakfast room so my morning news read over a breakfast coffee was compromised. The eggs at breakfast were a bit shriveled and there was a lack of fresh fruit. We enjoyed the daily menu at the hotel restaurant but it was not available on the Friday night and the remainder options did not suit.
