  : Their location in general. A short distance from the train and bus stations. Our walks to and from the Thermal Park were not stressful and were through pleasant neighborhoods.
  : The one dinner we chose to eat there was a disappointment in that the pork ribs we ordered were peppered with small bone fragments. In fact, the rib bones were quite large and it appeared to be a poor quality attempt to make larger ribs cut down to a size that resembled the smaller baby-back ribs. During a conversation with the waiter, it was discovered the meat is delivered from a supplier, already prepared, and the restaurant simply cooks what is delivered. NOT to our taste.

  : The breakfast was beyond my expectations and the hostess was welcoming and nice. The fried eggs were one of the best in my life.
  : There was a smell of malfunctioning sewage on the floor.

  : To be honest nothing, maybe coffee in the morning.
  : What we didnt like right away was your staff. First of all they hardly spoke Slovak, secondly they were rude and disrespectful. We request gluten free bread for breakfast and the answer was that there wasnt a capacity to get the bread. Its important for us to be gluten free as my partner is very allergic to gluten. The room was very cold as the radiator was not working, remote control was not working properly also. Also your staff was moving heavy tables at the hight of night till about 00:30AM, thats very disturbing to anyones sleep. Our friends left your property because of the excess noise. That is NOT how to treat anyone. So overall we will not be recommending your property to anyone. We left very disappointed, dissatisfied and feeling discriminated against.
