  : Parking garage under the hotel was truly the best part of this place! It was good to know that the car is parked safely. Location of the hotel is decent: walking distance to the city center if you like longer walks, however the neighbourhood is a bit post-apocalyptic.
  : Loud. Very very loud. Hotel staff had no grip on how the other hotel guests were behaving. We barely slept any of the nights hearing drunk aggressive shouts in the corridors and other rooms. Asking for interference from the hotel staff on the matter did not help. We did not feel safe! The room was unclean to put it mildly. The sheets had small stains all over, and I did not want to think if someone was wearing the sheet to a toga party and sprayed red wine all over, or were those blood stains from bed bugs. Surfaces were not clean. Wall paint was peeling off at places. Nothing to shower with, only a bottle of liquid soap at the sink. Wifi was as slow as in the 90's. Bonus feature: we found actual garbage in the wardrobe. Paper bags with receipts of other travellers from their grocery shopping! Finally, the view from the window was unkempt bushes and plants which reminded more of a wild forest than a hotel surroundings.

  : The room was satisfactory, and the receptionist was exceptionally friendly with good English skills. The hotel offers complimentary enclosed parking, and its prime location at the city entrance provides easy access to both the city center and an available Uber service, typically costing around 6-7 euros for a drop-off in the old town.
  : Check-out was scheduled for 10 o'clock, but just 5 minutes after that, the cleaning staff entered the room without any prior knock, despite the designated check-out time having passed. While it's still possible to manage the situation or address concerns with a phone call, the brevity of the breakfast window from 7:30 to 8:30 posed a challenge, especially during our stay over the New Year when reaching it within such a short timeframe proved difficult.
