  : - They changed the small room to a bigger room but not the one I booked- They gave me check out at 12 pm but no electricity in the building from 10:15 am
  : - Didn't get the room I booked I booked a big room but I was given a very very small room - You will not get the room in the pictures- Room wasn't clean - Toilet was leaking & smells - Main entrance gets closed early & only can be opened from inside one night I had to wait for 30 minutes till someone staying at the hotel opened the door- The staff were not friendly- Electricity was off the last day I was there- I tried to give them suggestions but the refused to listen or understand- Wifi only works in the room

  : Spotlessly clean. Location was perfect for my needs ( ice hockey world cup) . Requested early check in 7a.m. which was made available.

  : The only good thing about this place is that it is located near to the ice hockey arena and not far from the city center
  : Reception: The young receptionist spoke and understood absolutely no English except for „hello“ and „money“. I have been to many hotels already but never expirienced nothing like that before. The communication was extremely difficult.The room was clean but really tiny, there is not even a small table in it. the „fully equiped kitchenette“ contained NOTHING except an electric kettle. Not even the basics like glasses, plates, cutlery. I was wondering why they put a kettle into the room when there is no possibility to use it cause there are no cups or glasses.??? The same for the wardrobe - contained no hangers, so you have to keep your clothes in the suitcase. Clearly the rooms are not ready for the guests and not properly equipped but the owner still wants to earn quick money because of the ice hockey championship. An absolute no-go!Upon check in there is no information about the access to the password protected WLAN internet or how to operate the TV. In the room itself no information either. If you ask it turns out you have to climb on the chair (sic!) to read the information on the back of the router to log in. The TV remained a mistery for the whole stay, it just showed „no signal“. I tried to ask the receptionist for help but he just said „nerozumem“ (which basically means I don‘t understand in Slovak), then went out of the room and never came back. I found it highly unprofessional and unfriendly!On the whole, I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. The level of service and the room equipment is a disaster.

  : The room was not ready for visitors. It had no refrigerator, no kitchen stove. Personnel promised to make available some refrigerator, but did nothing about it.
