  : Well equipped and clean apartment with a balcony and private parking. Comfy beds, many TV programs in various languages. Always helpful, kind and smiling receptionist provided us with all the information we asked for. Great location, close to Terme3000, restaurants, groceries, bike rental. In house wellnes with jacuzzi, sauna and huge flat screen TV were amazing.
  : The walls were a bit thin from the staircase and corridor side.

  : Let's be honest. Best of this butique hotel is a nice private wellnes in the house. All the rest has a big potential to improve to become unique, starting from getting a good coffee in the morning (not a machine in the lobby please, which of course to be paid). Our recc, when booking spa, 3h is a minimum. Indeed spa was very clean.
  : Written rules as instructions for guessts should be in more polite manner, not as ordering what to do (bags with garbage should be taken ar leave :)) and not to do. Should be more clear and visible that all - soil room and spa, are extra paid, with attachen price list.

  : While booking it there is no written that private spa is not included in price. If it is not included, then the prices should be there as well.

Disappointing

  : We reserved a superior duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms. To our disappointment, we received an appartment where there were no separate bedrooms, as everything was in the same room. It could not be seen from the pictures that bedrooms are actually not separate rooms, but just beds in the same room as kitchen and livingroom. We complained at the reception and asked for an apartment with separate bedrooms (if you have 4 kids, you understand). They said they have one bigger apartment with separate bedrooms available, but they did not want to give it to us. They claimed that everything was clearly visible from the photos on Booking, which is not true. Young lady (student) at the reception desk was especially rude and did not want to help us, neither call the owner of the property. I have never been treated poorly like this anywhere.They even sold us more expensive tickets for the swimming pool, instead of giving us a cheaper option which was available.

  : Spacious modern rooms, quiet location.
  : Perhaps one can hear the neighbors entering and exiting other rooms / apartments but in general, the hotel is quiet.
