  : Communication with the host was very easy (we spoke on the telephone the day we checked in and saw each other the next day). He speaks good english and was very friendly. The check-in happened without the owner being present. You get a code for the front door and the number of your room via a e-mail. The key is in your room. This may not be very personal, but it was very convenient. This way you can check in whenever you want. We were an hour early and it wasn't a problem to enter the room. Free parking on the premises, or on the street in front of the building. Good location, quiet neighbourhood, a 20 min walk from the city center.
  : The room was very hot when we arrived and smelled damp. This improved a lot when we activated the air conditioning (but the airco is probably the reason why the room smelled and felt damp). The mattresses where not very comfortable, especially the mattress of the single bed (room for three, with one double bed and one single bed). In general the room was clean and in fairly good condition, but some details (in combination with the smell) made it feel a bit "untidy". For instance: grease stains on the white wall near the cooking stove, or dirty silicone in the shower, or a ripped towel (see pictures). One last thing: the airco-machine is on the terrace, so it's not very pleasant to sit there when the airco is running (also: the airco's of two other apartments where also located on the terrace of our apartment).

  : Very good place to stay. We are traveling by motorcycle, and there is the possibility to park inside the property but in the exterior area.Overall was a good option, 10min walking from the city center, so very easy.

  : The apartment is quite close to the center (around 15 minutes wolking). It Is simple to reach with free parking inside. The rooms are clean with a big balcony. Perfect for some days relax.
