  : Difficult to find. Address listed in Portoroz but GPs did not recognize this address. Later we learned that villains located in a village Lucija and when we introduced s street address with town Cucija GPS found it.Secondly, confirmation indicated address 23 street number whileinreality it should be 21.Thirdly, there are no signs on street iron the building. Villa is in the middle of intricate narrow streets and one needs to make 4-5 turns on narrow streets sometimes between concrete walls - indication of direction to the villa would help. Ills is elevated from the driveway and drive up to the garage is always occupied by some professional van, no sign that this is the Villa is visible. There is a sign located on the ground near stairs leading to reception, but it is not visible from parking lot or driveway. No sign on the reception.Payment system by credit card did not work on several attempts on different days. No problem with my visa credit card as I used it multiple time at different vendors during our stay.Lastly, bed was good but tooooo large for the room. I could lay down but my wife should have climes in bed as there was no access to her side: only from the bottom of the bed or from my side. Distance between the bottom of bed and the wall/window was about 25 cmSame was on my side on the bed.Small refrigerator was placed on the floor by wardrobe - hard to operate. Asked manager and he brought a small table and put refrigerator on the top : could open the door and see whats inside..

  : The hotel is nice on the outside, although it is on a top of a hill, the view of Portoro and the sea is beautiful. Breakfast was OK. Many rooms have a terrace. Air conditioning, refrigerator and TV in the room. Covered parking directly at the hotel.
  : There was mold on the bathroom wall and the stench was terrible. I could not even close the bathroom door, since it was broken. I had to keep the terrace door open all the time unless staying in the room would be unbearable. Late check-in time (16:00) and early check-out (10:00) - my request to come earlier (at about 14:00) was denied. No warm dishes at breakfast.
