  : The location was really good and the building itself is relatively new and really nice. Also, the interior is really nice. Also, it had a toaster and some other kitchen stuff that isn't really commonly found in apartments so that was nice.
  : The booking said 3 single beds and 1 sofa bed. We got 1 double bed 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed which isn't something we've wanted or expected. Towels were provided but at least 2 of them had red/orange stains on them which made us feel uneasy. We think they've been washed because they didn't smell but still. Also in the sofa bed when you open it to make it into a bed for sleeping we've found used toilet paper and cigarette bud underneath where we're supposed to store pillows. Also that 1 single bed was actually 1 extra bed under the double bed that you need to pull out. When we pulled out the extra bed we've also found the underside of the double bed wasn't clean and had a thick layer of dust and some other stuff we couldn't identify(plastic garbage we think)Regarding the checking and the host, we had some issues when we were supposed to check-in. The checking was supposed to be from 14h till 18h(or 17h, not sure). We've specified we want to check in between 16h and 17h. The info we got is that we need to pick the key up from the store owner next to the apartment. I got there earlier (around 15h) and the store was closed. Then I tried to call the booking contact number(property owner I suppose) to ask if we can check in earlier. My call was canceled and the booking contact number said to send an email. I've sent it but got no response. I was waiting in the cold in front of the store for 1.5h till approximately 16:30 until the store owner arrived just to find out they had left the key under the apartment doors. Which of course nobody mentioned to me. When I finally got in touch with the booking contact number they told me I should have read the info more carefully because they've sent me another number that I'm supposed to call if something like this happens which I found very irritating and frustrating. After that I've asked when and how will I be charged they said they're going to do it tomorrow(27.

  : The apartment is located close to the ski slopes but it's still quite. The slopes can be reached by foot, which was very pleasant. The inner was fell furnished, the beds were comfortable, there was enough space for the four of us.
  : Some things were missing, that you normally expect when renting an aprtament: toilet papers, sponge to wash the dishes, soap to wash the dishes, trash bags - just to mention a few.
