  : Location is beautiful and especially the wine cellar is spectacular. Maybe a bit clinical in terms of furniture
  : The staff seems like they do not want the guests to be there, they make no effort to make you feel welcomed or try to ask could they help with anything. For example during the 2 days, not once anyone came to the pool to offer drinks, you always have to go to the reception to make the order

  : Breakfast was very nice, staff very friendly, the late lunch we booked for Sunday 3pm was excellent!! The location is wonderful, we will come back.
  : When we came back to the hotel Sunday night the door could not be opened with our entrance cards. We hat to ring the owner who immediately could solve the problem. I was lucky to have the phone number with me, otherwise I do not know how we would have been able to solve the issue.

  : We got married in this hotel a year ago so we obviously love it! It's beautiful and the restaurant is amazing.However, it has recently changed owners, and when we spent a night here for our anniversary we were surprised at the lack of staff. There was nobody at the front desk in the evening, nobody to serve drinks in the terrace, the waitress at the restaurant didn't even speak Slovenian etc. The price for the room is also quite inflated, but it's true every place in the vicinity is almost as expensive in high season. All in all, we might come back in a few years for nostalgic reasons, but I really hope the staff situation improves by then.
  : We stayed in the double room this time. It was nice, but small and bright during the night from the outside lights (this should really be fixed ASAP!). However, tje difference between regular room and a suit, where we have stayed before, is huge - if you can afford to, chose one of the suits for your stay.

  : Great place and location! Lovely decor. Beautiful setting and finishing touches. Rooms are clean. Amazing views!
  : Breakfast was very limited. No coffee, tea or water in the rooms. Restaurant was closed.

  : Beautiful hotel in a great location, hotel staff went out of their way to organise a visit to a local winery for us.Restaurant food while pricey (for Slovenia) is worth every penny.
  : Only negative we had were the pillows were not great! A shame as the bed was super comfortable.
