  : + The location and castle itself are amazing, with a lot of walking trails to explore within the premises and in the forest nearby. + Free bicycle rental + Very friendly and accommodating staff, very service-oriented and understanding
  : - It was not explicitly indicated that the room is not inside the castle, so this came as a bit of a surprise. - Menu was not offered during dinner in the restaurant so I didn't know what price to expect for my meal (although I was visiting off-season, so maybe it's not always the case)

  : -The nature around it (its a nature preserve, not exactly the hotel property) and the pool. We went on long walks and lazed by the pool- Limited Food on the menu but well made and very indulgent (read buttery)- They did step up wirh customised dishes on last day for us
  : - We booked a full-price on double deluxe ROOM for more comfort, we ended up getting a really sad room outside the castle. When we said its not like what the pics show, they moved us to the room next to the swimming pool which was a far far nicer location. It was a very disappointing start though.- The BED in the new expensive room was sagging and gave us back aches for 3 nights. Terrible!- FOOD was good but soo soo limited and fancy, it was really difficult to have 6 meals there. Plus everything waas soo expensive. No pastas, burgers, pizzas-- only grilled beef, baked fish, all with potatoes. Gets tiring after a while.- BREAKFAST- Set up and food quality both are a nightmare- NO COFFEE- except for a brewed black liquid that stands in a huge cannister all day long. You cannot order any other coffee!
