  : The historic building used to house a school and it has a nice charm to it. Although historic, it also has some modern aspects to it. Our room in the top floor appeared to be freshly renovated, clean and good-looking. Both the room and bathroom had a good size. We also had a fridge and mini-bar. The location of the hotel is quite good. It is next to the city center, a large bus station is close by, and the train station is also not too far which was nice because we traveled by train. However, parking slots for cars are directly in front of the hotel. Next to the hotel are some nice parks which was good because we came with our dog. The hotel provided a blanket, bowl, and a bag of treats for our dog which was nice. The breakfast was also super good and offered everything we needed. We would come again. Recommended!
  : Almost nothing. Minor thing: I didn't see an option for getting espresso-based drinks like a cappuccino during breakfast but also didn't ask for it.

  : We had been looking forward to the restaurant and bar, but unfortunately both were closed.

  : Good location, buss stop from Airport next to the Hotel.
  : When is crowdy in the breakfasts there are not enough food, service is little bit too slow.

  : Modern, upscale hotel on the edge of central Ume that was walking distance from most anything you might like to see. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Also, ate one of the best pizzas I've ever had in Sweden a few blocks away at Kebnekaise.
  : The hotel wasn't very full and I was given a room right next to the elevator. I was also surprised that I had to pay extra for parking.
