  : room was not near a 4 start hotel, not clean as it should be and the air condition didnt work either.
  : helpfullness of hotel personal, specially at reception, we arrived at hotel after 8 hrs flight at 12:30, at reception she said the check-in is at 15:00 and we have to wait for our room till 15:00 with a kid.

  : When we arrived at the hotel, we requested two separate rooms instead of the one we originally booked, but were told the hotel was fully booked. Disappointed, we went to our pre-booked room only to find it shockingly small and entirely different from the spacious room shown in the pictures. It was actually two tiny rooms with a cramped washroom. The door handle between the rooms was broken, and the lighting was dim.Unhappy with the situation, we asked to change rooms again. Despite the earlier claim of no availability, the staff suddenly found rooms for us. We were offered one classic small room and one classic plus room on the 4th floor, for which we had to pay extra. However, the classic plus room was dirty, unclean, and filled with trash. We took pictures and showed them to the staff, who initially insisted it was clean but eventually admitted the mistake upon seeing the evidence.They then allowed us to use pre-booked room and promised to clean the classic plus room by the next morning. After switching rooms next day, we found the light in the classic plus room was flickering, and the bathroom was poorly designed, causing water to flood the floor. The shower head was positioned awkwardly, making it difficult to use as it was pointing towards the door.The breakfast was limited in options, and staff rudely hurried guests to finish by 9 AM. The rooms lacked basic amenities like fans, toothpaste, and slippers. Our room didn't even have the hair dryer that was promised in the booking. Additionally, the window in the classic small room didn't open, causing it to become uncomfortably hot. Cleaning services were infrequent, occurring only every 3-4 days, and the tiny bathroom dustbin filled up quickly.Overall, our experience at this hotel was dreadful. Given the amount we paid, we could have stayed at a much better hotel near the city center. We will not return to this hotel and do not recommend it to others.
