  : I missed a disswash machine I thought IT was unfriendly that the pingpong and tennis were not for free if the stuga was already quote expensive.

  : They wanted us to pay almost 100 for cleaning fee although it wasnt in the terms when we booked the villa.

  : The hotel is located in a very nice place - on an island. It has outdoor amenities - like apple garden, nice promenade, kids playground. The house itself was very stylish and warm.
  : 1. The stove was left dirty from previous visitors. 2. The house has no towels and linens, you have to pay for them. Prices are not announced prior to arrival. We paid 65 eur per 5 people (including 3 kids) for bed linens and towels. 3. The house was no kitchen towel available, no coffee filters or at least salt. 4. There is a fireplace and NO firewood availble. For sure, the hotel assumed you land in the airport with kids having kitchen towel, salt and firewood with you. I found the attitude towards us awful and literally, it is one of worst experiences this year. I strongly advice the hotel to be transparent with visitors by contacting them prior and letting them know how much are linens, and that house totally has nothing in.
