Disappointing

  : The hotel was close to the Campus; there were no major mishaps (no bathroom flooding, etc.)
  : Coming in late, I had the hope that I could get at least something to drink, or a bite to eat -- even from a machine (unfortunately, there was no such offer; neither was there any info on what to do in such a situation); there was no information in the room about "how things work" -- at least the WiFi password would be nice to make available in the rooms at arrival; the one person from the hotel, who I saw/met during my stay, had major difficulties to understand my question -- in fact, I gave up after asking three times and did not get an answer, after all; my room was also relatively noisy, especially in the early morning (I had to get out moderately early, anyway, but having the first person up acting like an "alarm clock" for everyone else is not optimal...

  : The location
  : There were no ammeneties like soap, not even to buy. The room was small and lacking enough plugs, wierd hooks on the wall from some older object. Breakfast was out of most stuff when we arrived to eat.

  : Upon check-in, we were given a dirty room. in which there was a lot of garbage and dirty unmade linen. After the complaint, they changed to another one, but there was no bed linen in it at all. We arrived at 20, but received the laundry only at 00. We had children with us who were exhausted from the trip, who were very tired and wanted to sleep. The hotel itself is normal, but this particular day was clearly not ours...
