  : The location is pretty convenient. I was able to access multiple bus routes to get into work/after work activities. There are two gyms that are very close, Focus Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness. A (small) grocery store is about a block away, Coop. A larger store, Hemkop, is not much farther. The room was spacious and it was very convenient to be able to do laundry whenever I wanted to during the week, so I didn't have to book a laundry slot like at the Kungsgatan location.
  : There really isn't any support for the Executive Apartments location. I had flight delays, meaning I missed the opening hours for the front desk. Unfortunately, they had texted me information for the lockbox that I did not receive. After a couple frustrating phone calls, I finally had my keys from the outdoor lockbox. For those who may have this problem, do not call the afterhours hotel support line and just call the number on the lockbox. Also, as a note, you must check in at the Kungsgatan location and then walk to the other building, which is about 10 minutes with luggage.I had multiple issues with my room: iron was so dirty that I could not clean it properly and had to request a new one, the ironing board cover was filthy, I was not given extra bags to take out my own trash, my dish soap was near empty at arrival, the shower floor was not very clean, the clothing washer was moldy, the inside of the dryer seemed to be covered in some type of orange oil, two of the three remotes had no batteries, significant water around the base of the toilet at arrival. It took days and multiple requests to get anything resolved, if it ever was. I ended up buying cleaning tabs for the washer myself, cleaned the dryer, washed the ironing board cover by hand, etc. Because it was such a struggle to get the basics in my apartment taken care of, I would not say it was a great experience. The evenings can tend to be loud on Fridays/weekends, even at the highest floor, but that is the nature of being in that location.
