Máttaráhkká Northern Light Lodge

Situated only 5 km from Kiruna Máttaráhkká Northern Light Lodge offers beautiful mountain views. Facilities include a sauna a hot tub and lounge with a fireplace. The lodge is ideal for guests wanting to experience activities such as cross-country skiing snowmobile tours and for observing the Northern Lights.

With décor inspired by traditional Sami art all 7 double rooms at Máttaráhkká Northern Light Lodge include flat-screen TVs seating areas and private bathrooms. Breakfast is included and free tea and coffee with biscuits are offered throughout the day. Free cross-country skis and snow shoes are available on site as well as a ski storage room.

During the summer and fall there is a helicopter at the lodge helicopter tours and fishing trips can be arranged directly from the lodge. There is free on-site parking and during the winter it is possible to rent parking heaters.
