: The best value for money. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, good location. Good location 5-10 minutes walk from the downtown.
: Facilities outside the room. Two restrooms shared by four guest rooms.

: It was very clean, the host was very clear with how they cleaned and kept things neat. The host showed me everything I needed to know so theres was no wondering about questions.

: The B&B staff also run a steakhouse on the ground floor, which is where breakfast is served in the morning. They were extremely nice and helpful; they can also leave your breakfast in a fridge next to your room if you want to eat it before (or after) the standard serving time. There are four rooms with two shared facilities, each with toilet and shower, and there's a common area with tables and a TV as well as a small kitchen. Location-wise, the B&B is just outside the walls of Kalmar, right in front of the ferry if one wants to reach Frjestaden/land.
: While I have no actual complaints, I'd recommend the owners to add a desk or so inside the rooms, too: on the first of my two nights I emptied my backpack on the armchair since there wasn't much of a choice.

: Great location next to the water and big parking. The hotel has only a few rooms available, which is good as two shared bathrooms on the floor were always available and clean. Plus we havent really heard neighbors nether night time nor in the morning (but maybe we were just lucky staying with humble people). The shared kitchen is equipped with a kettle and a coffee machine. Great place to stay for one/two nights!

: Small and cozy. Nice location by the harbour. No in-room bathroom but shared in the corridor which worked just fine. Wonderful breakfast cooked on the spot by the owner. Very friendly. Great steakhouse and pub on the bottom floor. Will definitely stay again next time I pass by Kalmar.
: No complaints. Internet password was misspelled in the room info folder which caused some initial panic(!) as the owner was off duty in the evening. But the pub staff were very helpful and the problem was eventually resolved alright :-)
