  : Location, breakfast.
  : The fridge was broken and was not replaced. My food got damaged .Lighting was damaged. Had to call for support to switch off lights.Shower cream dispenser was broken and not repaired even after making a note at reception.

  : The bed was good. The breakfast was good as well. The setup looks quite nice and cosy with the different houses on the plot.
  : The room was very noisy, you could easily hear what the upstairs neighbours were saying, if you know the language. We booked a room with bathroom on the hallway but were automatically upgraded to a room with bathroom in the room, but not sure if I was happy with that upgrade afterwards. The bathroom door is a sliding frosted glass door, which didn't close well, so it's not really nice when the room is so small already. Maybe better to have had the bathroom in the hallway. We knew the room would be small though.

  : It is great location and very good views. The dinner was super nice.
  : The bed. We asked specifically for full bed but we got a two twin bed stuck together that kept sliding from each other so we ended up sleeping in one bed. And when we contacted them, they just said "we are sorry"

  : Very disappointing. On arrival despite 4 members of staff close by we were not greeted or told the reception desk was in the dining area. When we eventually realised we were handed our key. When we asked if we could eat there that evening the answer was well we are busy so not till very late and then not sure. We were then told we could sit outside but it was pouring with rain. She laughed and said we do have blankets. To me, it is very inappropriate. We had rushed there be ause we only had 2 hours in which to check in. We went to our room which was small and the window was right next to a seating area making us feel we had to shut the curtains for privacy. We eventually drove 20 minutes to get something to eat as they had made an attempt to help us. In the morning the breakfast was OK. We were disappointed when we saw them adding water to the orange juice. We had looked forward to our stay and had been made to feel so unwelcome we couldn't wait to leave.
  : As above there was no real positive to write but the bed was comfortable. We understood they were busy but as paying guests we would have liked to at least be made to feel welcome.
