  : The location was great and the room very clean and spacious.
  : We were shocked by the bad communication of the policies on bikes by the hotel and the overall rudeness and unprofessional behaviour. After we booked we received a message telling us that the hotel does not have any bike parking. Before reservation there was no information about bicycles in general. We contacted them to ask whether there were other options possible (usually the -many- hotels we stayed at until then were always very flexible and helpful with finding a proper solution for our bikes) but we got no answer. Once at the hotel they told us that we had to leave our bikes in the public parking in front of the hotel and that it was safe, not covered from the then pouring rain but safe. Untrue because after a few hours a bike item (of about 100€ worth) was stolen. At that point they agreed to let us bring our bikes inside in an unused room. On the next day we had to wake up early to bring out the bikes again and got scolded again by (what we think was) the boss telling us that this was an exception. According to them we were wrong all the time because we should have cancelled our stay when they did not answer our first message before even checking in. Needless to say that we got no excuse for their very rude behaviour and that stuff got stolen from their "very safe" public parking. To conclude if you are travelling by bike do not come here, there are way cheaper accommodations with more friendly and welcoming manners than this expensive and pretentious hotel.

  : Very central and beautifully located hotel. We had a very large room with a great bed and a view of the park.The staff were friendly throughout. And the breakfast is of excellent quality. Very good value for money. No additional costs, even though we were traveling with our dog.
  : The room is a bit dated and could do with a little freshening up, but nothing major.
