  : We arrived late at night about 12 . We asked at the reception for 2 double room because there was no available room for 4 people . So everything was good until I payed for the rooms . When I payed the reception charged me double price from the one that I saw in booking.com and I asked him why and he told me thats a fixed price so I asked him to cancel immediately the reservation refund the money and I will proceed with online booking where the price was half . After that he was trying for 2 hours to make me the refund because he didnt know how to use the hotel program properly. After a lot of talking and effort he gave me the refund and I booked online the same rooms with half price . Also before I proceed with the reservation I asked for a late check out and told me of course its the minimum they can do for the whole trouble that they caused . The next morning I went to the resection to ask what time is the late check out . There was another guy there and he told me I cant do late check out . I told him that I arranged it yesterday with his co worker but he lied to me and told me the hotel is fully booked so we need to check out immediately. Then I told him that we need the room for one more day because we will stay an extra night but unfortunately you are fully booked . And then out of nowhere he told me oh okay I see that you can keep your rooms for one more night of course . Also in booking.com I saw that all the room types were available so again they were lying to us for no reason . After a lot of talking and effort the let us keep the room for an extra 2 hours . Terrible customer care I definitely not recommend this hotel. The rooms very old at least 20 years old full of dust

  : The breakfast was excellent, one of the best Ive had at a hotel. There was parking lots but you have to be early to secure a spot. Theres also chargers for EVs.
  : Limited parking spots later on in the evening.

  : Good breakfast with a lot of choices, especially the waffles. The hotel is very close to the centrum and easy to find good restaurants. Also the free parking and lots of parking place make the hotel more attractive.
  : No place to dry the wet skii clothes and boots. TV is old fashion and webcast can't be used. The restaurant could provide more options. Play room can have more toys.
