  : the view from the room the friendly staff although inexperienced. the room was clean close to everything the pool
  : the receptionist couldn't recommend a swimming spot anywhere close by apart from by the petrol station which wasn't a swimming area, it was for boats to dock only. the bar person charged me for two cocktails when I had two beers with sprite in it, this is called a shandy, it is not a cocktail. When I paid my bill I noticed I was charged for two cocktails, his explanation for charging me cocktail price for the two drinks was that the hotel had to make money on the drink somehow. This is unacceptable response. we came for breakfast at 9.20am and a lot of items were finished and they were not being refilled so we had to ask for items to be refilled. Breakfast finishes at 10am The rooms were clean but very out dated, the pillows were old and uncomfortable. AC was missing. there was no bedside table on the bed closest to the wall. the view over the lake was lovely but the music played by the pool was too loud and disturbed us in our room I could hear the person in the next room snoring Most of the staff were friendly, they were just very inexperienced. I checked in on 20 july and checked out 22 july. me and a friend shared the cost of the room so paid 1495 kr each on 22 july when we checked out. I have unfortunately also been charged 2990 kr on 20 july. I need to now request and ensure I receive a refund.

  : Really cosy bar and balcony with a great view. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
  : The shower in our bathroom was semi-broken. Our room was hard to ventilate. Breakfast was a bit limited to my taste but it was good.
