  : This was the worst customer service experience and hotel experience in general I have ever had. The problems began with spending over 30 minutes trying to locate the property. The front desk was not helpful at all with directions and there is only a tiny sign on the cafe door plus all the business near by have some sort of variation of the word “park” in their names making the check in process a nightmare. Our experience only got worse once we actually got into our room and the shower broke immediately while we were waiting for towels. The most shocking of all is when we came downstairs to talk the receptionist about the problem, she proceeded to tell us that they had no rooms left (in a complex of over 1000 apartments) and suggested we contact the owner ourselves to figure out the problem! What?? We insisted that she move us to a different room and contact him herself, which she did, and magically found an available room. We thought our nightmare was over, but the absolute last straw was when we got into our replacement room it was already nearly 23:00 and it was even in an even worse condition. The room looked like a dormitory that someone had lived in for a year and never cleaned. Unfortunately we can’t attach all of the pictures in the review, but there was a sock in the washer, a moldy shower, and a bandaid wrapper on the chair! Everything was absolutely filthy and smelled like smoke. My husband came downstairs, again, to express our frustration and show them photos of how dirty our room was and the staff didn’t do anything. They did not apologize, didn’t offer any solution, didn’t offer us a refund or anything. We were forced to stay there that night and try not to touch anything because it was so late and checked out immediately in the morning. We were told the owner would be in contact with us, but not surprisingly never heard from him. DO NOT STAY HERE.

  : Very clean and nice rooms with everything you need inside. Nice balcony with big windows. Elena was happy to assist me whenever I needed it!
  : The location is not this great. About 35 minutes from the center by car. Luckily cabs are cheap, but I think the rooms could be a bit cheaper considering the location. A big minus is the walls are so thin you can hear the people in the next room as if they're standing next to you.
