: Irina is one of the nicest hosts ever. Communication was flawless (in English) before my arrival and during my stay. She provided a lot of local tips, useful information and also tea,coffee, apples etc. It was OK to check in early and check out late. The room was clean and private, the bathroom very clean and modern and, although many people live there, the place was always quite and welcoming. I also loved it that the place is in the middle of a lively area with restaurants, pubs, supermarkets etc., close to an important metro station and also quite central. Everything was perfect for a price I can't imagine was that good.
: Nothing really. But don't forget that you live with many people in a old-school apartment with common areas so you have to share bathroom time, kitchen time etc.

: It was a great location with very good connections! The komunalka-principle is to be liked and you can sense simplicity in Sankt Petersburg with a very sympatic host and clean bathrooms.Absolutely to recommend
: The windows are, like the komunalka, old. The street can get noisy so be prepared and bring earplugs.

: It was a great experience staying at Kommunalka, and it is in such a central position in the city. You can walk to so many places, including restaurants, coffee bars, and a supermarket close by. The owners are really friendly, and happily share their home with you. There is use of the kitchen for cooking, and it is fun to get to know the other guests who you will probably meet while eating!One of the best things about the position of this accommodation is that it is 5 minutes walk from where Dostoevsky lived. I would definitely come back to stay here.
: Everything was as I expected, and so there was nothing I didn't like.
