  : The bed was comfortable and the underfloor heating in the bathroom, the staff were friendly
  : The rooms did not look like the pictures and were tiny, they need more categories of rooms so that you can know exactly what you are getting, everything was very separate (breakfast room, reception, rooms, you have to go outside for everything. The area and view, you are either looking right onto a street or a parking lot, and they did but give any information about the city or where to go, no local tips or info about the surrounding area either.

  : The room was new, clean, there is some snacks in the fridge, tea. Shower has perfect pressure.
  : Staff could be more cheerful and speak or at least understand better english. The room was not the same like in booking pictures. TV has only russian channels.

  : The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated (similar to the pictures). We did not have any noise issues as described by other guests since our rooms were in the courtyard. The hotel is located within 10 min walking distance from one of the main subway station of St Petersburg. Going to the city center was easy.
  : We had initially booked a quadruple comfort room which was supposed to have 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Upon our arrival, we were given a room with a double bed and a couch. We finally obtained an additional room after we complained to the reception staff. The hotel tried to charge us the second room at the check-out although the hotel was responsible for the mistake.The staff did not speak english very well. Communication was not easy. The breakfast could also be better.

  : The rooms have a lovely decoration.
  : We arrived and were assigned a room with a window directly on the street, it was very very very noisy, the electricity in the room run out at one point so we requested another room which this time was quite. The rooms are fairly small. Also the service is none existent, the staff doesn’t speak English at all.

  : 20 minute walk from the center. The location and the room was very nice. Design is pretty, especially the bathroom that was also quite big.
  : We didn't like the idea of going to another building for breakfast, and the breakfast was not as good as on the pictures. Not enough shelves to keep your own clothes and small things.Reception too close to the rooms - sometimes quite loud at nights on the entrance.
