  : I liked that the location is very near to Petropavlovskaya fortress, some nice cafes around and having a little kitchen was also good.
  : The manager forgot to give us 2 keys and we wasted our time meeting him again. And taking into account that we arrived on 31.12, it was extremely inconvenient. Also the worst for me - very cold bathroom - and no heater was offered, TV is put very high on the wall and we couldn't move it. The hanger for coats got off the wall at our arrival, nobody fixed it despite our request. No slippers were offered. We felt as if the management wasn't interested in their guests at all.

  : We spent a very nice weekend there. Room is small but very comfortable with everything you might need during your stay.
  : The room could have been a little bit warmer however up in the bed it is warm and nice. Bathroom should have had a blow dryer.

  : It is very close to the main monuments (5 mins walk to Peter and Paul Fortress, 30 to Hermitage).
  : One of the room lockers didn't work well. The lady cleaner had to help us to unlock our door.The glasses and mugs were dirty. the apartment didn't provide any sponge, just soap.It had a large cooking equipment but no oil.The cleaning service doesn't lay beds or change towels.The hunger of the shower was broken (there wasn't). The firs day, it was really hard to find the place because the address did not match on Google maps, uber or yander... We made it thanks to the kindness of our taxi driver.

  : Great location, cozy room, great staff, very welcoming. You have everything that you need in the kitchinette, in case you wanna cook. Clean bathroom. Great for two travelers!Money=value.

  : It was near our place of interest and the owner gave us extra time to keep our luggage later at the property. It was a very nice and sweet place, though quite small. Our child liked the bed upstairs. A Microwave, a small fridge, an electrical oven, even a tiny fan, a TV and a small heater - were all included!
  : The free Wifi on the 2nd floor of the building wasn't working. The Wifi hotspot on the first floor was accessible, but not stable.
