  : The host was a welcoming person but he has to renovate the property and only then list it online for booking. It is unethical for him to list this property for such a high price without taking care of these fundamental and basic issues mentioned above and investing some money in renovating the property to make it safe for human inhabitation.
  : The apartment is an old soviet era builfing and it is very dirty. There was dust and cockroaches everywhere. I asked the host to take care of the cockroaches and he sprayed some solution in the apartment to kill the cockroaches but still it didn"t take care of the problem. Sleeping next to the cockroaches in the room was a highly unsettling and disturbing experience. The floor of the entire apartment is extremely dirty all around and there are small insects and bugs everywhere. The pillows and bedsheets were dirty. The toilet pot is very fragile and when you sit on it, it moves to the left and it feels like as if it will just fall. The gas stove and knobs were extremely dirty and sticky, there was no non stick pan and spatula to cook eggs. Only 2 spoons and folks were provided for in the kitchen. At times the washroom ran out of toilet paper and I had to call the host to provide the same but there was delay in it. In the bathing room, there is no space to keep your soap and other bathing solutions. The price was around R4000 per night for this kind of an apartment which is completely unethical and unjustified. This property should be listed for P500 per night for the kind of state it is in. It is simply not safe for human inhabitation in its current state.
