  : Location is good for Metro.
  : Not value for money. Entrance is through shared outer door and reception on the 4th floor. You have to enter a code for access. Beware the shared lift is not always available and around 100 stairs to climb. Staff very discourteous and unhelpful. Rooms not cleaned every day or fresh towels. 2 coat hangers in double watdrobe is a joke. TV reception limited as aeriel stuck to window. Mattress is very thin and can feel springs which are very uncomfortable. Very noisy even through double glazed windows and 5 floors up, internally too, walls paper thin and hear all. Tea, coffee, water on kettle on shared corridor. Limited supplies and no milk. Breakfast is not on site, about 200m walk and poor quality - 1 frankfurter, 1 hardboiled egg, half a French bread sticks with cheese.

  : Spacious room, great location close to the famous places and the metro. Helpful stuff but she does not speak any languages except Russian. Tap water is not drinkable so having clear water freely accessible is a plus. Use Google Translate if you want to communicate. To find the place: Navigate to Moskovskiy Prospect 4. Look for a big brown, wooden door and a blue Photo sign. That will be the entrance. There is only a very small sign for Elegance.
  : The shower seemed not so clean, staff speaks only Russian, no hair dryer and safe in superior room. Breakfast is a joke and there are only two tables for the guests.
