  : The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great.
  : Poor level of cleanliness. On checking in I found there were dead insects under the cover of one of the beds. The shower curtain seemed like it had never been washed in years, and made the bathroom smell awful. In such a small shower space, it is impossible for your body not to make contact with the curtain if it is drawn shut (which you must do if you don't want to flood the bathroom). The first bath towel I used had a terrible smell. The beds were very basic, and there were no headboards ( behind your pillow are just pipes and empty space). A cleaner comes out to clean everyday (something no one mentions on checking in), except they always arrived in the morning when one is busy in the room.
