  : The host was very helpfull to fix parking at the backyard.Return of the deposit worked well with Paypal.
  : 1) There were big problems with payment, because they didn't accepted creditcards even if it was advertised at Booking.com. Payed with Paypal with the instructions from the host, but the instructions was incomplete and the host reqested to cancel the payment with was impossible for me. It was unclear if we could stay even if we had payed but the host fixed the payment next day. 2) We had an agreement to leave at 9.00 but the host never turned up. After some SMS we left the appartment at 9.45 with the key in the kitchen.

  : Location is good. Big apartment. The coordinator Evgeniy (who isn’t an owner!) was very helpful and polite.
  : Unfortunately this apartment was our worst stay ever! I would never recommend to any one to stay here. The house itself is very old, dirty and stinky. The elevator works only from time to time.The apartment was dirty when we just arrived. Some dishes, glasses and all cooking stuff were very dirty still with some dry old food. To wash all these was also impossible as the sponge was so dirty and old I was afraid to touch it! I asked administrator to come and clean everything around! The kitchen is very bad equipped: all glasses and cups are different, some are broken, no proper knifes, cooking pots and frying pan are so overused I went to the shop to buy a new frying pan! It was impossible to cook anything as there are no clean and proper cooking pots! The kettle was extremely dirty with molds! See the photos! I asked the administrator to bring us a new kettle. There are cockroaches in the apartment (no wonder!)The bathroom was also very dirty and stinky, full of dark hair around. The shower is a complete mold garden! See the photos! Everything is so rundown and not getting fixed!The worst thing is that there is a huge water pump in the toilet (see the photo) that supplies water for other 3 apartments! It is located just behind the bedroom and it is extremely noisy and runs all night! So our first nights were sleepless, later I was obliged to sleep on a small sofa in the living room! So if someone has problem with sleeping - this is the worst place to be!The wi-fi works not constant, need to be rebooted 2-3 times a day!The owner was not cooperative at all, didn’t want to find any solution when we asked, was lying about fixing the problems but did nothing and at the end didn’t answer the phone at all. Unfortunately this was a very bad experience and we do hope the owner will take care of all these! At the moment he does nothing and only makes money with this flat.

  : I had the flat on 5th floor. Location is very good as Chernyshevskaya metro station is just round the corner. The flat is modern and clean. Due to the boiler it takes a couple of minutes before hot water starts to flow from the tap but you get used to it. The flat is on the 5th floor in the courtyard so it is very silent, no noise at all. Also wifi signal was good.
  : for me personally this is not a big issue but the flat is located on the 5th floor without a lift so if your legs are not strong then this is not suitable for yo! But for most people this is not an issue.
