  : I scheduled my trip a few months ago choosing a specific location to stay. Also, texted the hotel a few times on Booking and called them through the official website a week before my trip to confirm that everything was alright. While I was on a fast train traveling to Moscow, they called me and said that there was no room for me bc I hadn't paid for it in advance. But they had to charge me via booking.com a day before my arrival! So honestly I was disappointed and extremely nervous. The only option I had - to take the last available room near Kurskaya. The room and location were ok, the staff was nice, but the smell in the hallway...someone cooked something oily and I could smell it at night. Don't think I will pick this hotel group again.

  : Cold room, you cat take shower more than 15 minutes, you have to take off your shose before you go to your room, staff dont speak english, very noisy room

  : Staff is great, a bit harder to understand with English but with a bit of effort manageable .. Rooms are small but for the price and minding its a hostel in a building, they r comfy enough and the bed r actually great! There is a TV in the living room/reception, not the best of locations but they had CL football so i was happy :D Toilets x3 , showers 2x, everything neat and clean and the No Smoking rule is definitely obeyed! As a non-smoker, that might have been a big issue if it was written but not followed.. All good, and def coming back again..
