  : I made the reservation at the hotel (confirmation number 3433190201) from September 29, to October 4, in the name of Juan Carlos Royo Martínez, for a cost of 28,050 Rubles.Upon arrival I was accommodated in an excessively small room, and after commenting on it with reception, I was transferred to a larger one, which did not have hot water, the curtains were down and could not be closed with the light coming in from outside permanently, the balcony window did not close completely, remaining open at least two centimeters wide through which a cold wind entered during the whole night, there was no refrigerator, no slippers or even a bottle of water, something totally incomprehensible in a hotel that is advertised as of four stars.Given the situation, the next day I decided to cancel my reservation directly with the reception of the hotel and requested a refund of the corresponding money.After a long discussion, it was agreed that the unused part of my reservation would be returned to my Credit Card in the next few days.Today, I was surprised to see in my checking account that not only have they not returned the corresponding money as we agreed, but the hotel charged for twice the original price, not by 28,050 Rubles, but for 56,100 Rubles.Please, I ask for Booking to help to solve the matter as soon as possible and return the agreed part to bank account or I will have to file a lawsuit through the corresponding channels.

  : The hotel is really well located at a 20-min walk from the Kremlin entrance and 1-min walk from the Arbat neighborhood. The room was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. The bathroom was spacious and nice.
  : Any potential customer should be aware of the way the manager team handles the credit card payment. For me, it was a 3-time payment of my entire stay, charged on my card as soon as I booked the room, more than 3 weeks in advance (despite the fact that the Booking.com presentation says they will only charge the 1st night prior to the arrival). Now, 1 month after the extra payments were charged and despite some 50+ messages and complaints including through the Booking.com customer service, I have not been refunded yet. Which means that I have paid my 1-week stay 3 times more than the expected price, and overall this can be called robbery.
