  : Extremely dirty, I have never seen such a dirty hotel! There were pieses of potato chips under the bed, dirty marks on pillows, holes in sheets. I took another blanket from a shelf and it looked like nobody ever washed it in 10 years! Even toilet was not clean. I really was afraid for my health in there!Also hot water became cold in 5 minutes and we could not take a proper shower. Reception guy said " We never had such a problem before", and did nothing. No tissues in the room. No water. No cleaning. Nobody even changed towels on second day. And nobody even brought toilet paper. I asked the guy on reception and he promised to bring, but it never happened. So I guess all good reviews about the hotel are fake! Never again I trust booking.com

  : The room was very clean, warm and cosy and the staff is really friendly. There is a metro station close by and it's located in walking distance from the red square.
  : There wasn't an elevator so we had a problem with the suitcases. However, the receptionist helped us carry them up. Although they all were really nice, none of them speak English so we had communication problems and we had to use translator apps so the info I could get was limited.

  : Coffee in the morning was greatly appreciated . Guys at the reception very welcoming and attentive, in general. Location near the city center, metro and on top of the shop is convenient.
  : “Everyday cleaning” only included trash removal and change of towels, so since there were some stains already on the carpet, also quite a few dark long hairs everywhere, and no actual cleaning done, I just cleaned everything myself at the end.

  : There is a smell in the bathroom (maybe water stays inside of pumps). It is cold in the room, need to use electric heater (available)
