: The hotel room has the sickest design I've seen so far: mirrors on the walls and lighting create an outstanding vibe. The staff is polite. The facilities are in order (with some minor exceptions). Overall - that was a great stay.
: The heating system and the air conditioner could not be properly regulated during our stay. We were told that it was a temporary problem - well, hopefully it won't affect your stay.

: Location is great. Close to an excellent food market, great (hidden) bars and some restaurants. If you don’t might walking you can explore Moscow on foot from the hotel. Metro is also very close. Room is a bit funky (I still need to figure out myself whether I mean that in a good or bad way). Enough mirrors though...
: Room was bit small and there is no view from the room. Windows have white foil. You can’t control the temperature in your room (although there is a thermostat in the room which suggests you can) and you have to be lucky with your neighbors as it is quite noisy. Also we had to wait for the room to be ready as there where still people in our room when we arrived at the hotel around 9pm.

: We booked several rooms, and on the last day of one of the rooms, we had a medical emergency. The staff was very understanding of us staying inside one of the other booked rooms the entire day and even did cleaning afterward. We really appreciated the help.
: The towels were not completely dry when they were folded. It was also quite warm while we were there, yet they kept turning off the A/C during the night, so we would wake up sweating. Without these details it would have been fantastic.
