: The room service was exeptional! The food has very cheap prices and the quality was indeed from a very nice restaurant. The food always came very fast and the ingredients were fresh and had a good quality. The view was also very nice, especially from the orient-bar. The transfer service has very nice prices and is fast and reliable. I recomment the mercedes s class because its a very comfortable car and it doesnt create as much attention as a maybach at the airport. The lobby had a nice easter feature and I really liked the high ceiling. The Control-Pad in the hotel room was very easy to use and I especially liked the "do not disturb" button when I wanted to relax with my girlfriend. The staff was very reliable, kind, helpful and friendly and they certainly made me feel more comfortable at my stay. I will definitely choose the hotel again at my next stay in Moscow!
: The only thing that could be better is the spa. Especially the pool is a bit too simple and the water temperature could be warmer. I recommend a salt-water pool because it is more comfortable and healthy than a regular pool.

: Everything is new and clean, very nice bathroom, big windows. Pretty good swimming pool and spa area. In my opinion it’s the best place you can find in Moscow.I really liked bar on the rooftop. Breakfast is very nice, but the food in restaurant is overpriced. Don’t let Russians trick you with the prices)), you can download Yandex.eats app and order great food there, and it would be delivered to the lobby by a courier.
: There was something wrong with air conditioning when we were there, so it was hot in the room. We set the temperature and tried to turn it on, but it didn’t work, but then in turned on by itself for no visible reason.
