  : The location is very good, close to the Oktyabskaya metro station and just a bit further from the Polyanka station. It's in a calm area, which can be very rare in central Moscow. The room was clean and the equipment was basic, but enough for us for one night. I thought it was good value for money. Special thanks to the receptionist, who was really helpful and quick to deal with a problem.
  : While I don't regret my stay, I still think there is room for improvement. Our TV (which is a must when you have a small child) wasn't working, luckily the receptionist managed to sort it out. It would have been useful to have the reception number displayed on the phone. I also tried to call the landline, but the hotel number that's shown on the Internet is not correct. I ended up contacting the reception via the Booking messaging system. The mattresses are not very comfortable, you can feel the springs. Our room was on the last floor, under the roof, so we had a skylight window with no curtains. It was broad daylight at 4 am, and it was a rainy morning, I can't imagine what it's like when there's real sunlight. The toilet paper holder fell apart when I first touched the toilet roll. Last but not least, I prefer when decorative pillows are not put directly on sleep pillows, we all know they're not washed as regularly (if ever). I was really unhappy when I found a hair, long and blond, from a previous guest.

  : The air conditioning did not work, I notified reception early and I went for a walk, when I returned I had not repaired it because it was already late. The guy at the front desk, the only solution he gave me was to open the sales. It was a terrible night with a temperature of +26°
