: Stefan, the receptionist was really kind and even that we arrived kinda late he took care of us and order food from a local restaurant. He is a super nice hospitable guy! It it was to judge this place by his attitude I would review it with a 9. Unfortunately the place is not in the perfect condition. hand down for hospitality!
: The cleaning can be improved.

: The "host" Stephan deserves an 11-point rating in terms of helpfulness, politeness and friendliness. Late night arrival was no problem. With breakfast, Stephan tried to give the best he could. There wasn't a huge selection, but it was good.
: Smoking is not allowed there, so there is a smell of cigarettes everywhere. We were not greeted with the greatest cleanliness in the room. The floor was sticky and not very clean. The bedding didn't look clean, it didn't smell good. There were no usable blackout curtains on the window. The worst conditions were in the bathroom: there was mold and hair in the shower cabin, the toilet seat was sloppy and dirty. There was a nasty brown liquid in the toilet brush holder, etc. It was a warm night, but based on the above, we did not dare to turn on the air conditioning.
