  : Superb location, 5-10 minute walking distance from the pedestrian area,.close to the Nisava river.Breakfast was great as well as hospitality of the family running this bed.and breakfast.It is super clean and comfortable.

  : The hosts are really friendly and helpful. The room is within walking diastance from the centre, it is very clean and the breakfast is great. There is also a safe parking for your car. Thanks for everything, Vladimir!

  : The hotel is easily accessible from the A1 and A4 highways/motorways, and the center of Nis is within walking distance from the accommodation. The hotel also offers free and safe parking lot in courtyard. Breakfast was prepared for the table, so it was not a buffet, nothing special, but it was enough. The price-value ratio is acceptable.
  : There were 5 beds in the room, so the space was a bit tight. One of the two ceiling lights had burned out, so the room was quite dark. The bathroom was also small and using the toilet was always an adventure. But what I hated the most was the disposable, thin wall plastic cup in the room. The cups always indicate the level of service.
