  : Location. Looks nice from the outside.
  : Too expensive for what they offer. Parking and space for skis is paid additionally and highly expensive. If price is that big it is not acceptable for parking space not to be included. Spa is quite small and not all facilities are working. Rooms are superficially cleaned and dusty. Extra bad in Kopaonik Suite is not comfortable at all. Stuff was not polite at all. In room you can barely sleep due to drain odor. It smells really bad. Breakfast is the same every day without information about allergens.

  : Location and staff. Breakfast was good
  : We are a family of four and despite our early request and that the hotel was almost empty they gave us two rooms in a different floor . Literally it need 5 minutes of walking to reach the other room . The reason given at that time was not convincing to us . Which is no room available when we can see all of these empty rooms. Dinner was not good not recommended to book halfboard breakfast is good

  : Hotel is great, centrally located overlooking ski slopes and right beside the ski lifts, near shops and restaurants. Facilities and amazing as well as the reception and welcome we received. Rooms are spacious and very comfy. A special thanks to Sanja Glisic from the restaurant for all her help and efforts to provide everything we needed.
  : Kitchen area is not up to the standards of a 5 star hotel, in particular the service. Staff were clearly unhappy and unwilling to work. It was hard to get a cup of coffee in the morning, we had to go around looking for someone who can bring us some coffee instead of being offered coffee or tea when we are seated. There was enough staff around but they were standing in far corners chatting instead of making sure that everything is available. Having coffee, fruit juice and water available at all times is a minimum in even 3 star hotels. Of course, an exception was Sanja and maybe one or two others who were super professional and helpful.
