  : The hotel is not in the city centre but in part with good public transport (including night transport). The staff at check in were very polite and answered to all questions. The room was ok for two peoples with separate beds. The breakfast was enough but was the same everyday. The desserts were really delicious. The hotel was fully booked but everybody tried to make everything ok for the guests.
  : I chose the hotel because of the parking and neither in the reservation nor later it was said that you have to pre-book parking spot. One month after the reservation I received email that the demand for parking places for my dates is high and if I want to use the parking I have to reserve it in advance. When I saw the email the parking was fully booked and I had written email that I have book over a month ago and they should have informed me earlier that the parking doesn't have enough capacity. From the hotel replied that they'll try to help me find somewhere to park when I go. In reality when I went they told me to park at the parking of the nearby shop or on the nearby streets. The hotel is big and if it is fully booked as was on my days, the elevators are not enough and you have to wait a lot (the hotel has 18 floors so without elevators is almost not possible to make it). For my 3 nights stay the room was not cleaned (on the first day nobody came to clean, on the second the trash had been removed and half of the towels changed). But the cleaning ladies came at 7 o'clock at the floor everyday and started speaking loud and making noises. This continued the whole first day and you can't rest at all. On the second day we didn't have the nerves to go back and try again after the morning wake up at 7 o'clock. But even if they were the whole day on the floor they didn't remove two coffee cups which were left in the floor lobby for two days. I don't know if they are new or had a lot of work because of the fully booked hotel but this was not ok.

  : Great breakfast with a panoramic view on the city, nice staff. Small but comfortable room. The city centre is about twenty minutes by bus.
  : I hate it when the windows can't be opened, but I had no other option. The AC worked fine, though.
