  : The fact that there is no receptionist available , the cleaning lady does it when she has the time , which is very frustrating.We arrived at the location at 13:10 pm and waited more the 20 minutes at the reception but unfortunately there was no one to check us in. went to eat at the hotel restaurant and informed the staff there is no one available to check us in and they informed us they can help .at 15:00 went again to check in , the restaurant staff called the cleaning lady but she was not answering, waited agains 20 minutes and finally they send someone to look for her . The room was not the one we selected on your website, literally had nothing to do with our double room . room was extremely small , beds were smaller as well . We could not sleep properly since the room had a glass door and the light on the hallway made it impossible to rest . tried to talk with someone to change the room , but ofc there was no on . Super disappointed

  : It's called "Spa". The only facilities it had as a spa were one sauna. I wouldn't classify it as a spa.

  : The rooms were clean, the beds were confy. The staff was polite and helpful.
  : The air conditioning was not working at all, the rooms were like 30 degrees even overnight. We could not sleep at all

  : - The staff does not speak English nor other language than romanian and has no service attitude. - Wi-Fi does not work in all rooms as indicated in the hotel description - Even if it is a small building there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs. - photocopies of clients' passports at the reception visible at all times - there is no one at the reception you always have to go find someone in the restaurant if you need something
