  : There was a party in the hotel until the morning (5 a.m.) with really loud music. The receptionist warned us in advance that there would be a party, and they moved us to a different room more far from the party (the new room was on the same floor, just across the corridor from the old one). No one told us that we had to move to the room as soon as possible, so then there came a hotel worker asking in a quite rude way to move immediately in 10 minutes. The noise from the party was horrible anyway, and we did not get any sleep that night. Also, the new room was really cold, and one morning we had to shower in cold water. When we asked for a way to complain or ask for a refund, no one was talking to us.

  : Great location, free parking, clean room, very nice and helpful cleaning staff, everything about the room was functional. The rooms were all renovated on the first floor, with a pleasant color choice for various materials.
  : Mostly minor things, but several:- At the weekend the parties downstairs were loud at night. They even repeatedly popped baloons at 22h on a Saturday night. - The matttess seemed new but became uncomfortable after the 3rd or 4th night. Maybe only in our case. - Breakfast was served in not fully dry plates, with ancient cutlery; boiled water didn't come from the Bucovina bottles placed in plain sight, but from the tap, and the boiler was not cleaned for over a week, which became a problem with the hard tap water.I recommend that the breakfast experience be updated in terms of both utensils, and food choice (better food quality). For example, you could ask people to pre order food in advance, and charge them a small fee.
