  : The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything we asked. The room and pool were very clean. The staff from the hotel pool were like busy bees. The breakfast was very good.
  : The only thing that I didn't like was the sink. The bathroom seems a bit small for a wide person. It's not a deal breaker, but a minor nuisance.

  : Hotel Central is located in the center of the seaside resort of Mamaia only a few meters from the beach and is a typical communist-era seaside hotel that has been renovated and upgraded in recent years The hotel can offer a pleasant garden, private swimming pool, bar and restaurant. All rooms have a balcony and there is a well-functioning free wireless network in the hotel. The guest room was simply furnished, but in addition to the beds, had a fridge, desk and well-functioning air conditioning. The balcony was equipped with two chairs and a table. However, I missed a small drying rack to dry clothes. The beds were in good condition and had clean linen. The cleanliness was otherwise very good and the room was cleaned every day. The bathroom was simply furnished with a shower, toilet and sink, but appeared to be clean and well maintained. The towels were clean and in good condition. Breakfast was served as a buffet and had a good selection of both hot and cold dishes, including fried eggs, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. The buffet was regularly replenished and there were no empty serving platters. The selection on the buffet was good, but still far from the standard of the breakfast buffets served in Scandinavia and Germany. It was possible to eat breakfast outside. The hotel's swimming pool was open from 0900-1800 and included a small pool, deckchairs and parasols, lifeguard and toilet facilities. The pool area was clean and in good condition and it was observed that the employees regularly took samples of the water quality, which was perceived as positive. The staff at the pool
  : On arrival, it took some time to get in touch with the employee at the reception to check in and I missed some smiles and commitment to me as a guest. The same also applied when checking out and for other inquiries to reception. This lack of service is something that is most likely left over from the communist era and which has still not improved much despite other changes in society.

  : The hotel was very old fashioned. We had to change rooms 2/3 times. The a/c did not work in our room. The room was not cleaned daily. You have to pay for parking at a weekend as no spaces. The breakfast was very poor. The hotel was very poor. Not what was advertised.

  : It is 2 min from.the beach. You can have rooms.with sea view and enjoy the sunrise from the balcony. They helped us with a late check out of 1.5h with no additional cost. The staff is very friendly. Rooms was clean with clean bed sheets and towels.Bathroom is nice and clean. Close to the center of Mamaia. The breakfast was buffet type.
