  : Location is across the beach, literally. You walk one hundred meters and find yourself waist deep into the sea. Cleanliness was good too.
  : Reaching the property is a bit of an issue. All access routes are currently either under construction or cumbersome to navigate. Persons with disabilities would have some hard time getting from property to town proper. Lots of construction sites around, adding to the difficulty. Check-in is adamant after 14:00 only. If you arrive earlier, there is no luggage room, and you can leave them in the lobby at your own risk. The furniture is showing some age and wear. Shower cabin edges had some dark residue (could be stains, could be mold). Drainage was also an issue (a mop is provided by default, signaling it is an expected behaviour). Access in the building is via access card only, and there is no permanent concierge to assist. There are no guest restrooms in the lounge (or much of a lounge for that matter).
