  : The pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna.
  : The fact that we had to pay to have access to all these facilities, even though we've never see at booking moment that we have to pay for the pool. Also, few days prior of our arrival I called to ask for massage reservation and I was told that I can do that at the reception when we get there, but surprise: on weekend no massages are done. On Saturday the front desk lady, Iuliana, said that the massage lady is tired and we should try the next day, but guess what, when Sunday came we found out from another front office lady that nobody from massage is working. Also, the room 112 smelled REALLY bad and the floor was dirty, we even found some play cards near the bed. The beds are not comfortable at all, as they are since 1800 I think. The hotel looks stuk in time. The front office ladies smile nicely, but they were not able to provide any solution to all these problems. Also, during the weekend there is no hotel manager on site, so I had to provide my feedback to the marketing department and wait for a solution, but 5 days already passed and no reply was received. This is by far the most disappointing experience I have ever had! For sure will not come back or recommend this hotel.

  : Tasty and varied breakfast, very good coffee. The pool is wonderful, warm and big enough, but it's not free, it's 25 ron/person/3 hours.
  : It was a little chilly in the reception area and the dining hall.

  : Mosquitos in the room all night, because the hotel does not have window protection at the windows and neither air conditioner in the room.
