  : The girl at the reception was a breath of fresh air. Very polite, informative, helpful and efficient, few qualities to mention. Spa assistant, Alex, was very professional and helpful.
  : Bathroom was very old. There was leaky pipe from sink waste.

  : Nice view in the middle of the forest.
  : Everything else. After 10hrs of driving, we checked in at 6PM. Got room number 301. Checked in was smooth. Entering the room first that we see that it looks like an old room and immediately lose our mood, but still being optimistic. We see dirty walls. Old furniture. Fiance is taking a shower and water doesn't go thru drainage. I am going downstairs to ask for rooms to be changed. We are getting room 307. Same story, but a little bigger. King room. We were tired, decided to stay, it was a little better.After sleeping one night, we see again problems: we found dark hair (my fiance is blonde), which means furniture has not been cleaned before our arrival. Water from one of the washstand was not going thru. Door from balcony isn't closing good. It was October - cold outside - A/C heater wasn't working properly so it was kinda cold in the room, I'm glad we only slept there and didn't spend any minute more. In the shower there are no shelfs to put there shampoo and other personal hygiene items, you have to put them on the floor. We stayed only 2 days out of 3 days. We told them about the issues and went home. My booking was cancelled on the app and I called to talk to administrator. Haven't received a call back until I called again and insisted to talk to administrator. He called back and apologized. Our experience was bad, it was my birthday when we travel there and I would not chose this location anytime in my life. It was worst hotel experience in my life.

  : Our stay at the hotel was pleasant, having benefited from the multiple facilities included, from the different saunas to the variety of pools. The rooms were quite spacious, well-decorated and equipped while the staff was very hospitable and welcoming. The location is ideal, somewhat isolated but easy to reach and surrounded by a forest, the gardens are also pretty to walk through and there are multiple activities (some of them implying extra costs).
  : Our only recommendation would be related to the food from the restaurant/spas restaurant, which is not as varied as we wouldve wished, but otherwise everything was perfect.

  : Overall a great place to relax and unwind. The extensive spa area is nice and diverse, the park like setting is beautiful. We enjoyed our first visit at the Sungerden and will probably return when in the area.
