  : I introduce myself to Dr Kawtar Zahar, on 01/21/2023 around 12:15 min, I made a reservation with my booking account for a friend of mine. Since he didn't speak Romanian, it was difficult for him to communicate with the owner of the house, so I took the gift of the responsibility of talking to them and then I accompanied him to his house. From what he told me everything went well in the first two days but the third day, the heating of the house stopped, suddenly, I tried to contact the lady, he didn't there was no answer, and she didn't call me back the next day, and when I insisted, she came to the house, and didn't speak respectfully with us,, So the third and fourth days were disastrous. Yesterday I told her that my friend would be out at seven in the morning, she arrived at six and woke him up in an annoying and disrespectful way. that's why we ask for compensation for this (the two days without heating at home) thank you for your understanding.
