  : We did not have breakfast.
  : We changed room right after we unpacked as the air conditionner was not working. There were 45 C degrees, 12th floor. In the new room the sink had problems. We weren t asked about towels or toilet paper. We bought. Nobody cleaned the room.

  : I have made my booking couple of weeks before I came. I booked a Duplex room .. I arrived Sunday 02:30 am as expected, the reception met me at the office, I made the payment by card, and they led me to the room. Once they tried to open my room with key.. Somebody opened it from inside, my room was already taken, by mistake as the said. They apologized for mistake, but they did not have another available room. However, they offered another room (WITH SHARED BATHROOM) to stay for night (with no price change from Duplex to shared bath). When I refused and asked to cancel my booking, they said the refund of payment was not possible. After long time discussion, they said and that I need to wait until the next day to talk to somebody in charge. I was in a foreign country for the first time, totally helpless, they were not able to promise refund at least. I had to call Booking.com at 4:00 am so they called the hotel, confirmed the situation, then they (booking.com) been able to promise refund and solve the problem. I had then to accept the room with shared bathroom/toilet for that night as there was no other option. I was standing out until 05:00 am so I got my alternative room, but they charged me anyway for staying from 5:00 to 11:00 as a whole day, although I did not get the room I booked. The shared toilet was float of water because of somebody had left paper there. After some hours (at 11:00 am) I wanted to checkout, so I had to wait about 25 minutes in front of reception office so somebody could come and take the key, until I called on phone number they added on Booking.com There were 2 numbers, the first one I called belonged to another hotel actually, I do not know how it is possible. It was dramatic. Thanks for booking.com and their customer service who solved the problem. Otherwise, I could have slept beside the street with my father that night.

  : The sheets war enchanted, with hair from other people. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty.

  : There is a great view from the top floor terraces.
  : There was no water for two days. We were told it would be restored within 1 hour. When we asked about a discount or refund the staff said they were unable to discount the room and gave us vouchers for another a reservation in the future. The service counter staff during the day were unable to answer questions about service. When I asked for an invoice they were unable to produce an invoice for the rooms. Also, there was no parking at the location. The entrance to the hotel was in the back of the building and not visible when we checked in.
