  : about the stay we had at the hotel it was a worse experience we could have hadto start the first thing That when we arrived at the room we found the room refrigerator to be empty when we asked the receptionist to have water in our room was that there is no room service, there was not even a bottle of water in the room or a coffee maker for a tea or a coffeethe four star hotel is unjustified for such a miserable breakfast, on saturday morning i saw that there was a piece of bread in the bread which was there the previous two days the same piece Also the fruit that was on the buffet was not fresh at all, the corn in the fridge has been black for a long time, some of the food I was almost wrong and was not able to consumewe went down to the restaurant for lunch At noon after some flight hours we had to eat. the food was in poor condition and could not be eaten. When I told the waiter he told me that the products are local and therefore not good qualityon the second day in the morning we left the hotel We returned at 4:00 in the afternoon when we entered the room We saw that the room had not yet been cleaned and it was four o'clock And I wonder when he can clean a room in a hotel, as far as I know they clean Morning hours and not afternoons, the hotel as far as I know is not full and this is not justified .on Friday night We returned from the center at 8:00 we went down to eat and we were told that the restaurant was closed as well as the supermarket that is inside the hotel and that was closed and that if we wanted to eat something go to the supermarket which is next to the hotel, the hotel could not offer us even a bottle of water, we had no information from anyone that the hotel restaurant was closing at night and we could not find food.Also in the hotel area there is no living room to sit down to order a coffee and have to be all day in the city center.

  : Room was good, nice design and big. Breakfast was good, even if it can improved and attractive for a large of choice in its menu. Why not improving the services in order to make people to come back again many times?
  : I did not like the fact that I had to go to the first floor in order to use the wifi internet, as there is a serious problem with the signal in the room (for the wifi). When you have to work a few hours, using the internet, you have to go to the first floor in order to use the wifi. This situation is not new, but old since 3 years. I suggest that the management of the hotel should take in serious this problem, as many clients use nowadays the internet for their needs (using the internet often for daily life, even when they stay for a few days in a hotel). I really encourage the management hotel to improve this situation. About the TV channels, I met the same problem since 3 years, I mean the English and French ones are missing, which is not a good idea for having just local channels. Usually BBC, France 24 and Euronews should be avaialable on a TV, as a choise matter, which is not yet the case (the situation was noticed since 3 years). I suggest that this situation should be improved.
