  : The water shower was full and did not go down the pipes quickly, there was too much sound when the restroom lights/fan was on.

  : When you get at the hotel there is a lot of confusion, because you have no idea how to get in. At the main gate, there is a code, but if you are traveling and not having access to your phone, or e-mails, you have no idea that you got that code in you message app. For me, personally, it was a problem coming from Canada. I did not have access to my phone and the phone for Romania was not yet activated. Luckily I have someone to call the number written at the main gate and got the code for me. The owner/s of this hotel is/are not offering their hotel to people coming from far away. Anyway... a lot of important information is missing on Booking.com about this hotel or some info is not really true: 1-there is no elevator and for a 69 year old woman was a challenge to take my luggage to the 2nd floor. The stairs are very narrow... and God forbid! 2- parking... there is no parking, except on the street. If you get lucky, you could find a place, but it is, again, a challenge. The moment you get your room, the person I talked to when I checked in disappeared. Very difficult to get in touch with anybody in charge. The only people I saw in this hotel were the cleaning ladies. They were wonderful and helpful. They keep the place spotless. Indeed, the hotel is very clean and smelling wonderful. It has a 'cach' that makes it, in the end, not such a bad stay. I liked my room, I liked the location and I loved the cleanliness of it. The owner should be grateful that these ladies work so hard to make it shiny and spotless. Booking.com, should update and add the right information on their sight, because this is the only way for us to know if such a hotel is for us or not.
